Network

Jeeah’s Hope exists to connect, resource, and strengthen local adoptive and foster families throughout the Chattahoochee Valley. We do this by building a collaborative network of adoptive and foster resource organizations (locally and nationally) to support local families. We seek to understand the needs of the adoptive and foster families in our area, and we work to connect those families to the appropriate resources available to them in our network.

 

The Jeeah’s Hope Network

Jeeah’s Hope builds a coalition of adoptive/foster support organizations and resource providers to resource and strengthen local families. What’s missing from our area? What support services do local adoptive/foster families need that we do not have here locally? Let us know HERE! Part of our role as aggregators of local services is to seek out regional and national service providers to support the hundreds of adoptive/foster families living right here in the Chattahoochee Valley.
